Procedure
The procedure for BeckTranslations services is handled as follows:
Quote
There are two possibilities to request a quote:
- Personalized quote per internet
- Personalized quote per standard mail
We accept the following file formats: doc, xls, txt, rtf, pdf (subject to an extra charge). After receiving our quote, please confirm your order.
Translation and payment
There are several billing methods:
- Invoice: 30 days after receipt (Switzerland only)
- Paypal: secure payment through the internet (neutral organization)
- Bank transfer
For Switzerland: services have to be paid 30 days after receipt.
Outside Switzerland: The services will be carried out after receiving a deposit of 50% of the estimated total amount. The remaining amount has to be paid 10 days after receipt of the service.
